The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We give full refunds for any unopened, unused and undamaged products that are not personalized or made to order as long as the items are received within 30 days of purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping rate and original shipping fee cannot be refunded.
The above returns policy applies only to generic and ready-made items, any bespoke or personalized items are exempt from this in line with your statutory rights.
HMI Gifts ask you to contact us immediately if you think there is a fault with your order; you must inform me of any damage to your goods in transit upon receipt so that we can resolve any issues.
